Work From Home School Speech Therapist Job for 24/25 School Year Minnesotta

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, speech, and language functioning.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.

• Provide virtual counseling and support to students individually and in group settings.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Must posses state teaching certificate (PEL)

• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting, preferably in a virtual environment.

• Strong understanding of the principles of assessment, intervention, and consultation in speech pathology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology to deliver services and conduct assessments.
