We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide essential speech and language therapy services to students across Idaho. As a Virtual SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide virtual speech therapy sessions to students, ensuring engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
• Document and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Idaho state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
