Five Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year in McMinnville, OR. These full-time contract roles (37.5 hours per week) will serve students in a K-12 school setting, with caseloads averaging around 50 students. Assignments will be determined based on individual staff strengths, offering options across preK-12 levels. Candidates must be able to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school setting highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work onsite
