• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy exercises to ensure ongoing progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor patients' development and adjust treatment plans to better meet their evolving needs.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Continuous learning, including additional certifications, is encouraged and supported.

• An active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT certification needed.
