Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Full-Time COTA Position - Illinois School District Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school district in Illinois. This is a full-time, itinerant position providing support to students across two schools serving PreK through 5th grade. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students reach their goals in a collaborative educational environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Support students' participation in classroom activities and daily routines. Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions. Travel between two school sites to deliver services. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress. Qualifications: Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program. Active Illinois COTA license and certification. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
