Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Contract | Waterloo, NY Soliant is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Waterloo, NY for the 2025-2026 school year. This role primarily serves elementary students within a collaborative district team. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. : Contract: September 2025 - June 2026 Caseload: 25-30 students Ages: Primarily elementary, some high school support Needs: Disabilities and speech-only District SLP Team: 5 total, 2 openings School-based hours aligned with academic calendar Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support accommodations Monitor progress and participate in IEP meetings Provide resources and guidance to parents and caregivers Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start Experience with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with IEP process and educational laws CFs welcome Benefits with Soliant: Weekly paychecks Health, vision, and dental insurance through United Healthcare Dedicated recruiter support throughout your contract Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience To Apply or Learn More: Charles Henderson - Soliant Education Staffing
