Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time support for an elementary caseload during a maternity leave coverage. This contract position is set in a K-12 school environment in Lancaster, PA, running from January 12 to May 1. The role focuses on delivering speech and language services to approximately 50-55 students, Monday through Friday, from 8:20 AM to 4:00 PM. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in healthcare and pediatrics settings preferred Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) highly desirable Background in school-based speech-language pathology services Ability to manage and assess a caseload of diverse students Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to students with a range of speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district guidelines Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania This position offers the opportunity to impact young learners' communication skills during an important developmental stage.
