Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License Or
• Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist Assistant License - if working in this location

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
