- Evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to create tailored treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals and discharge planning while providing guidance on home exercises.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in alignment with facility and regulatory criteria.
- Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Education
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred CPR certification.
- Additional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
Skills
- Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred.
