What You'll Do:

Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality care

Oversee financial performance, including P&L management

Drive sales and marketing efforts to grow patient referrals

Supervise and develop staff, ensuring a positive team culture

Provide hands-on patient care, including evaluations and treatment
