Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to help students find their voice and reach their full potential? We're hiring a school-based SLP near Austin, MN to join a collaborative and student-focused team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children by providing crucial communication support in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and help guide intervention strategies.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply!
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for working with children in a school-based setting.
