Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to help students achieve their communication goals? We're seeking an SLP for a school-based position near Brownsdale, MN. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a supportive school environment where you'll help students thrive academically and socially through improved speech and language skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct speech therapy services to students with various communication disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure holistic support for students.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and offer insights on therapy strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.
Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Passion for helping children succeed in their academic and social environments.
