Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team near Cambridge, MN. In this school-based role, you'll work directly with students to help them overcome speech and language challenges, build confidence, and reach academic milestones.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and diagnose speech/language disorders.
Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans.
Provide engaging speech-language services in one-on-one and group settings.
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation.
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minnesota state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome!
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
School-based experience is a plus, but not required.
