Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Rush City, MN. Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.

Provide direct speech-language services in both individual and small group settings.

Support and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team.

Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight and guidance on student communication needs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Minnesota state licensure or eligibility.

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
