Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team near Austin, MN. Whether youre an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), this full-time opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success

• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minnesota state SLP license or eligibility

• ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with children or in school-based settings

• Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
