PTA with 2+ years of experience needed for outpatient setting. May float to Yucca Valley as needed. Active CA license and BLS-AHA are required. Medical Solutions Sub cannot have gaps more than 30 days and MUST have references within the past year- no exceptions.

Licenses: PT-CA

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Float: May float to Yucca Valley as needed

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
