Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active or pending Arkansas SLP license, with ability to apply for one
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
ASHA certification is a plus; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
Collaborate with educators and parents to implement IEPs and monitor student progress
Provide both direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
