Director of Respiratory Services - Full-Time Opportunity in Northern Nevada!

An innovative Critical Access Hospital in Northern Nevada, 2 hours south of Reno, NV is seeking a Director of Respiratory Services to lead their Respiratory Therapy team.

Director of Respiratory Services Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $48-$55/hour
• Sign-On: $5,000
• Relocation: $2,500

Director of Respiratory Services Opportunity:

• Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 | Weekend & On Call Requirements
• Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Respiratory Therapy team, overseeing schedules, training, and clinical leadership. Develop and implement respiratory care plans using patient-driven protocols and evidence-based guidelines. Participate in clinical decision-making, patient education, disease management, and health promotion. Maintain quality assurance tracking and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Report directly to the Administrator.

Director of Respiratory Services Qualifications:

• Active RRT
• Application pending with the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners
• Nevada State Blood Gas Technologist License application submitted within 2 weeks of hire
• 4 years of leadership experience
