Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Rockford, Illinois. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details: -$45 $47 an hour -School-based Physical Therapist 2025-2026 School Year

• Schedule: Part-Time 2.5 days per week
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: Rockford, IL
• Assignment Details: Caseload includes primarily Elementary age students with a small amount of secondary
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
  • Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
  • Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
  • Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
  • May be asked to travel between school locations
  • May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

• IDFPR Physical Therapist license
  • American Heart Associaton BLS
    • Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
