Location: Fully Remote | Serving Arkansas Students
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to work from the comfort of your home while providing vital services to students across Arkansas? This full-time, 1099 contractor position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact in students' lives by delivering high-quality virtual therapy services.
Your Role:

• Provide virtual speech therapy to students in need, addressing a range of communication disorders from articulation to language processing
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, teachers, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach
• Keep comprehensive records of therapy sessions, including progress reports and IEP documentation
• Work independently and manage a caseload of students across multiple school districts

• Valid Arkansas SLP license
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms
• 2 years prior school-based experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule
