Assist residents in performing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional abilities. Provide guidance and education to residents and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Requirements: Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Valid licensure to practice as a COTA in the state of California. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
