Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a COTA who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Petaluma, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled

Experience: 1 year

Licenses: PTA-CA

Float: As needed, up to 25 miles.

References: 1 Reference in entire work history

CA License

Productivity: 90%

Covid Vaccination + Booster

Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
