This full-time position guarantees 40 hours per week and involves assisting in assessments as well as direct therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to preschool students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Assist in conducting and supporting assessments to identify students' functional needs and help develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and early childhood developmental milestones
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students' participation and success in the classroom
Track student progress, document services provided, and communicate findings to the supervising OT and educational team
Adapt activities and environments to meet the needs of individual students
Requirements: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in CA
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to assist in both direct services and assessments
Passion for working with young children and their families
