• Primary: Non-Public School (NPS) students in Hemet, CA

• Secondary: Support for District Occupational Therapists at Lake Elsinore District Office (DO) when not in Hemet

? Contract Dates: August 7, 2025 June 5, 2026
? Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide services to Non-Public School (NPS) students in Hemet, CA. When not assigned to Hemet, the COTA will support our District Occupational Therapists at the Lake Elsinore District Office. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services across multiple settings.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing motor, sensory, self-regulatory, and functional abilities

• Assist in assessments and contribute to the development of intervention strategies

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Active California COTA license

• Experience working in educational settings is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel between Hemet and Lake Elsinore as needed
