We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our educational team for the 2025-2026 school year. The OT will support students with physical, developmental, or sensory challenges in achieving educational goals through targeted therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings as part of the IEP process Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school-based settings Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service professionals to promote student success Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and student progress Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student accommodations and modifications Qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current and valid Pennsylvania OT License NBCOT certification Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Compensation & Terms: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications No paid time off (PTO); time off is unpaid unless coordinated with school schedule Start Date:
