Position Highlights: Role: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-based

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, school hours

Caseload: Elementary grades, supporting a range of developmental and learning needs

Assignment Length: Whole school year, with opportunity to extend

Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans

Provide direct therapy services focusing on enhancing students' motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive abilities

Document progress and adjust therapy plans in accordance with students' evolving needs

Qualifications: Licensure: Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license

Experience: Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required

Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and adaptability within a school environment
