This position focuses on supporting early childhood students with their speech and language development. Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time

Caseload/Population: Early Childhood

Location: Lebanon, OR (and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs

Conduct therapy sessions in small groups or one-on-one settings

Support early childhood students with speech and language delays or disorders

Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment

Qualifications: Oregon SLPA license required

Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program

Experience working with early childhood populations preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
