Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with an all Pre-K caseload in Rocky Mount, North Carolina . This full-time position offers 37 hours per week and involves providing essential speech and language therapy to young children across several nearby schools. As the SLP, youll help children develop crucial communication skills that will serve as the foundation for their future academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to Pre-K students, addressing articulation issues, language delays, fluency, and other communication challenges.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet each childs unique needs.
• Monitor and document each students progress, adjusting therapy techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable input regarding students' goals and development.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Previous experience with Pre-K students is preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel between multiple schools in close proximity
