- See job description for details* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a valid California Speech Language Pathology Services Credential Master's degree or higher degree in Communicative Disorders and Speech Pathology from a regionally-accredited college or university. Valid license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board OR Hold a valid California Multiple Subject or Education Specialist Instruction teaching credential and be willing to enroll in a Speech Language Pathology Services Credential program All newly hired Speech Language Pathologists will receive an annual stipend of $2,000 for each year of satisfactory service for the first three (3) years and then a 5% monthly stipend for every five (5) years of satisfactory service
