Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based | Nationwide Opportunities We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF) starting your career, we welcome candidates interested in making a meaningful impact in school settings across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students for speech and/or language impairments using standardized assessments and observational data. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with goals tailored to each student's strengths and needs. Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support communication development across academic and social environments. Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals; adjust interventions as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEPs, eligibility evaluations, and student support teams. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Educate and support staff and families on effective communication strategies and developmental milestones. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply Knowledge of IDEA and school-based special education procedures Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required Preferred Experience: Internship or externship in school or clinical settings Experience working with diverse student populations Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits Supportive supervision and mentorship for CFs Professional development and continuing education opportunities Collaborative and inclusive work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance options To Apply:
