Compensation Information: Earning Potential: $80,000 - $120,000 per year Signing and relocation bonuses are available Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year Location and Schedule: Opportunities in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, CO Flexible scheduling (4 or 5 day or weeks) Comprehensive Benefits: Student Loan Repayment Plan Yearly CEU reimbursement Employee Referral Program Manageable caseloads Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) matching Tenured-based vacation Life and disability insurance Core Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools Provide culturally competent, family-centered care Manage cases according to quality standards Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Bilingual English/Spanish American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Colorado DORA SLP license BLS/CPR certification Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
