25/26 School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bonanza, OR

We are searching for a dedicated and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to become an integral part of our educational team for the upcoming school year. This full-time position is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering students communication development in elementary and middle school settings.

Position Overview

• Full-time 37.5 hours per week
• Work with K-12 students
• Provide targeted speech and language therapy

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify students speech-language needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Design and implement individualized educational programs and therapy materials
• Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy sessions
• Collaborate with parents to align therapy goals between home and school
• Support schools in IEP development, placement decisions, and intervention strategies
• Offer consultation to teachers on speech-language interventions for classroom success
• Build strong, cooperative relationships within the school community
• Make independent decisions within established guidelines and best practices
• Maintain detailed service records and progress reports
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities
• Adhere to district policies and procedures
• Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology License
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong proficiency with technology and virtual platforms
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
