K-12 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - 25/26 - Malin, OR

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic educational team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support elementary and middle school students, helping them develop essential communication skills through targeted speech and language therapy.

Position Overview

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Work with K-12 students

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual speech-language needs for school age students and make recommendations.
• Prepare individual educational programs and materials.
• Deliver effective speech-language therapy to identified students.
• Consult with parents to integrate home and school goals.
• Assist schools in multidisciplinary, IEP, placement, intervention, and other educational decisions.
• Provide consultation to teachers regarding speech-language interventions.
• Establish and maintain positive, flexible, and cooperative relationships with the school community.
• Make independent decisions within established policies and procedures.
• Prepare accountability records regarding services provided.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately.
• Participate in professional growth activities.
• Comply with district rules and policies.
• Perform job-related tasks as designed by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech Language Pathology License
• Preferred experience in school-based settings
• Strong proficiency in technology and virtual platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
