Job Description
A dynamic opportunity exists for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow looking to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 school environment. This full-time position is situated in Fremont, CA, and involves working directly with students across various grade levels, addressing their speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services as outlined in IEPs.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Current State License in Speech Language Pathology or eligible to obtain licensure.
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
