Mason, WI Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student. Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as per state requirements. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Current Wisconsin Speech Language Pathology License. ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working with K-12 students preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of IEP processes and educational policies.
