Physical Therapist Outpatient Therapy

Th, 7\--\>5:30 F. Mustbe available a minimum of 4 shifts per month, hours and days of week arevariable on prn basis. Role does not require weekends or holidays. Roleis solely Outpatient Therapy Services at any of our clinic locationsaround Waukesha County, and includes outpatient services at OconomowocMemorial Hospital in the Outpatient Corporate Center About Us: Theoutpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations servingall of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to completeover 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care forpatients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular andmedical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists toprovide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapyand speech therapy. Additionally, we offer pediatric rehab and cancerrehab as clinic specific specialty services. What You Will Do: Evaluatesindividuals referred for physical therapy services.Establishes aphysical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assessesthe ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and providesconsultation to others in care delivery.Supervises physical therapistassistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor\'s Degree in PhysicalTherapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
