Schedule Details:Clinics open from 7am-7pm Monday to Thursday and7am to 5:30pm Friday. Must be available a minimum of 4 shifts per month;hours and days of week are variable on prn basis. Role does not requireweekends or holidays. Role is solely Outpatient Therapy Services at anyof our clinic locations around Waukesha County, and includes outpatientservices at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital in the Outpatient CorporateCenter About Us: The outpatient therapy department operates thirteenclinic locations serving all of Waukesha county. These thirteenlocations combine to complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly.Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic,neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The departmentconsists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services includingphysical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally,we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialtyservices. What You Will Do: Evaluates individuals referred forphysical therapy services.Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis,prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assesses the ongoing effects oftreatment.Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in caredelivery.Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides. What youwill need: Bachelor\'s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. CurrentState of WI Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS (CPR)certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
