Now Hear This Audiology is an award-winning private practice that has been serving the hearing needs of the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill) for over 13 years. We are seeking to hire an additional audiologist to join our outstanding team. We are very proud to have been voted Raleigh's Best Audiology Clinic in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and look forward to onboarding an additional audiologist who is like minded in providing exceptional patient care and services. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations (including speech-in-noise testing, otoscopic assessment & masking) Perform Tinnitus evaluations, treatment, and counseling Prescribe hearing aid devices and any assistive devices needed for phone, music, TV Perform BAHA evaluations and fittings (training is available if needed) Programming and fine-tuning of all hearing devices with Real Ear Measures Perform patient follow-up care (troubleshooting, check fits, clean and checks, etc.) Perform and present hearing aid demos to patients when applicable Perform Cerumen removal Prescribe custom earmolds when appropriate Recommendation of hearing protection to those patients in need Perform occasional speaking events and/or hearing screenings at senior living communities Participation and contribution in team meetings Participation in marketing meetings providing/creating digital content www.NowHearThisClinic.com Doctor of Audiology (AuD) Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Knowledge and experience in performance of Real Ear Measures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are a must Works well in a team environment and is a team player Is punctual demonstrating reliability and respect to colleagues/patients Professional dress creating a professional image Previous private practice experience a plus
