Seeking LMTs who want W2 employment (not independent contractor status) and are available at least 15 hours a week (12 hours bookable for appointments plus 15 minutes between sessions). With dedicated office staff to perform receptionist functions, you can focus on providing quality sessions, writing detailed charts, and never worry about working alone again. Responsibilities: -Perform massage therapy via sessions tailored to individual client needs. -Conduct thorough client assessments to understand concerns, contraindications, and goals. -Develop treatment plans with clients that consider budget and goal timeline. -Maintain accurate electronic SOAP notes. -Maintain brand standards and guidelines. -Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment room. Therapists Can Expect: W-2 Employment -Receptionist handles booking, check-in/out and rebooking so therapists can focus on providing quality treatments, SOAPs, and skill development. -15 minutes between appointments. -Lunch break for shifts longer than 6 hours. -Basic tools, equipment, supplies and linens provided. -Use of self-care equipment/gym. -Bi-weekly pay, commission per 60 min session $25-$35 (experience based) -Training for recommendations, rebooking, upgrades, communication and client interactions -No sales requirements. Requirements: -State-issued massage therapy license. - Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team. -Compassionate, client-focused approach to session planning. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently. -Proficiency in various modalities a plus (e.g., myofascial release, pregnancy, sports, etc.). -Experience with treating chronic pain as related to autoimmune disorders and joint replacements is a plus. -Confident and coachable personalities a plus.
