at Department of Children and Family Services in Joliet, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Clinical Services Coordinator. Under administrative direction, this position will develop and manage a variety of consultation programs and services for special populations throughout the region and will consult with and provide leadership within the region and local communities in the application of health care, mental health, special education, substance abuse, physical abuse, and child development to public child welfare entities. The position will serve as regional consultant in the areas of clinical practice, assessment, service planning, and psychiatric hospital discharge planning, treatment, and decision making. The position will also complete high profile case reviews and arrange for special reviews by specialty service providers.
