Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist is a vital part of our Rehab Services team! Responsibilities and duties include: Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages. Provides therapy to improve speech, language and communication skills. Conducts regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjusts treatment as needed. Documents patient progress and maintains accurate treatment records. Educates patients and family members regarding speech and language disorders and the treatment options. Must have good communication skills as they interact with patients, family members, team member and other health care professionals. Some travel to patient homes and other facilities required. Experience in Home Health, Hospital and/or skilled nursing settings preferred. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Must be currently licensed in the State of Montana. Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Must have valid, clean driving record and license.
