Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based | Castile, NY

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students across three school buildings in Castile, NY. This is a contract, school-based role for the full school year.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6.5 hours/day, full school year

• Caseload: Elementary students with diverse speech and language needs

• Location: Onsite in Castile, NY

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current NY State SLP licensure or eligibility

• Experience working with children in school settings preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services

• Collaborate with teachers and staff on accommodations/modifications

• Track progress and adjust therapy plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and goal setting

• Provide consultation and resources for families
