Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CF) PreK12 Caseload

Soliant is seeking a driven and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join a dedicated school-based team supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team while helping students with significant behavioral and communication challenges thrive.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services across a diverse caseload, including students with severe behavioral needs

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, behavior specialists, and families to ensure student growth

• Monitor and document student progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered culture

Qualifications:

For Licensed SLPs:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current New York SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

For Clinical Fellows (CFs):

• Recent graduates are welcomesupervision and mentorship are available

• Must meet New York licensure eligibility
