Soliant Education is looking to add a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to our team in the Rochester area. This full-time position is for the upcoming school year and offers the chance to work closely with students to support their communication skills and academic success in a collaborative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities through assessments and observation
Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting each student's unique needs
Deliver direct speech therapy in one-on-one and small group settings
Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student progress
Provide consultation and support to parents regarding speech and language development
What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline
Valid New York SLP licensure or certification (or ability to obtain)
Previous experience in a school environment preferred but not required
Solid clinical, documentation, and communication skills
