Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of speech language therapy services , including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary
e nvironment consistent with the positions qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. This includes a ssessing, planning, and performing occupational rehabilitative
programs that improve the mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct the disabling conditions of patients, which have resulted from disease or injury. Have
accountability for and contribute to program development, qualify improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion, including
i dentifying and documenting treatment and rehabilitation goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation. Complete appropriate sections of the resident assessment instrument
(RAI) and provide age-appropriate therapeutic i nterventions. This includes performing and documenting initial and follow up exams, evaluating data to identify problems and determine
a diagnosis prior to intervention . Be responsible for evaluating patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the rest of the team, while documenting the course of patient care

Qualifications: Educ./experience: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Speech Language Pathology, Speech Language and Hearing Sciences, or related field. Must possess a current
Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license or be eligible for licensure in Washington. Also requires a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the ASHA.
