About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote therapy services to K-12 students in Saginaw, Michigan. In this role, you will help students address speech and language disorders, delivering virtual therapy to enhance their academic and social success.

• Provide remote speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students specific speech and language goals.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language goals.

• Assist general education teachers in modifying classroom activities for students with communication challenges.

• Maintain accurate therapy logs and ensure compliance with Michigans special education regulations.

• Valid Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• At least two years of experience as an SLP (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote setting.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
