Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Supporting Students in Ann Arbor, MI

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote therapy services to K-12 students in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, you will address speech and language disorders, delivering virtual therapy to support students academic and social development.
Provide remote speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students specific speech and language goals.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language goals.
Assist general education teachers in modifying classroom activities for students with communication challenges.
Maintain accurate therapy logs and ensure compliance with Michigans special education regulations.
Valid Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
At least two years of experience as an SLP (teletherapy experience preferred).
Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote setting.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
