Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Certified in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience working with students with disabilities, particularly in an elementary or secondary school setting
- Familiarity with AAC devices and nonverbal students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performances and progress
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs and achievements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
