SPARC is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Washington State License for Physical Therapy, Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certificate, a current CPR and First Aid Certificate, Food Handler's Permit (or to be scheduled for completion within SPARC personnel guidelines.) Must be willing to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a medi
