This role involves a 13week contract with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Patient visits typically begin between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. Key Responsibilities: Deliver home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Manage a caseload of approximately 6 patients per day, with scheduling support provided. Collaborate with RNs and staff OT/PTs for comprehensive patient care. Utilize EMR systems such as Oasis and HCHB, with training available if needed. Qualifications: Valid CA PTA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of home health experience. Experience with geriatric patients is preferred. Additional Information: No oncall requirements. Opportunities for contract extension.
